Shipping Concern

I placed my order on August 15 (Thursday). The shipper created a the label only on Aug 24 (Saturday). The tracking status remains the same since as “label created”. My package still has not been dropped off to USPS. I do not have my one item that was ordered. The time frame for shipping is 5-14 bus days. The product should be here by September 4. If not, I will be asking for a refund and returning the bundle if received. I am very unsatisfied with the shipping experience so far.
